Ubisoft, azienda publisher di numerosi titoli di primo piano tra cui il prossimo Far Cry 2, ha reso note le specifiche hardware richieste ai sistemi per l'esecuzione del game in ambiente Windows. In accordo a Ubisoft, "è stato fatto il possibile per rendere Far Cry 2 utilizzabile da chiunque" e "il lavoro di ottimizzazione è ancora in corso".
Far Cry 2 è atteso anche in versione per PlayStation 3 e Xbox 360 nel prossimo autunno. Seguono i requisiti richiesti (nella lingua originale), distinti, come al solito, in due elenchi (minimi e consigliati).
