Con il comunicato stampa di seguito allegato, Zotac annunciato la video card GeForce GTX 460 AMP! Edition, che il produttore presenta come una delle GeForce GTX 460 più veloci al mondo. Una simile affermazione è motivata dalla impostazione by factory di valori estremamente elevati delle frequenze di clock della gpu (GF104), degli shader e della memoria locale (1GB di G-DDR5), pari a 810MHz (il valore reference è pari a 675MHz), 1620MHz (1350MHz) e 4000MHz (3600MHz) rispettivamente.
Tra le altre feature della card, che al pari di ogni altra GeForce GTX 460 è dotata di un chip grafico con 336 Cuda core e di un bus tra core e RAM a 256-bit, segnalimo l'equipaggiamento con un cooler arrivo dual-slot, le uscite dual-DVI, HDMI e DisplayPort e il supporto delle tecnologie NVIDIA 2-way SLI, CUDA, PhysX e 3D Vision Surround.
